Intended Use
This open system product is intended for the detection of 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
Quadruplex-detection of 4 genes includes specific primers and probes designed for the detection of conserved regions of SARS-CoV-2 ORF1ab (RdRP region) gene, N gene and E gene, avoiding non-specific interference, and an internal control which targets the human RNAse P (RNP) gene to assess specimen quality.
