Intended Use
This kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) in human serum and plasma. Clinically, it is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis and efficacy monitoring of ovarian cancer. HE4 and CA125 combined detection can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of ovarian cancer diagnosis.
