Intended Use
Quantification and detection of 6 types of fungi species which cause Aspergillosis and Mucormycosis (Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus terreus, Rhizopus oryzae, mucor racemosus ) is possible through Real-time PCR with extracted DNA. DNA extracted from cultured fungi or samples collected from human may be detected.
