Intended Use
The dsDNA BR Assay Kit is designed for the sensitive, accurate, and wide-range fluorescence quantification of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), offering excellent linearity across concentrations from 2 ng to 1000 ng. The kit includes a fluorescence detection reagent, buffer, and two dsDNA BR standards, delivering robust performance even in the presence of common contaminants such as proteins and salts. It is intended for Research Use Only (RUO), and not for diagnostic purposes
