Intended Use
The GoldBand™ 3-color High Range Protein Marker (10–245 kDa) is a pre-stained protein ladder composed of 12 highly purified proteins spanning molecular weights from 10 kDa to 245 kDa. Distinct colored bands—e.g., orange at 72 kDa, green at 25 kDa, and blue at other sizes—enable real-time monitoring of protein separation and membrane transfer during SDS-PAGE and Western blotting workflows. This ready-to-use marker requires no heating, dilution, or reducing agents. It serves as a reference standard for approximate molecular weight estimation and is intended for Research Use Only (RUO).
