Intended Use
The GoldBand™ 3-color Low Range Protein Marker (2.7–40 kDa) is a pre-stained protein ladder composed of 9 highly purified proteins spanning molecular weights from 2.7 kDa to 40 kDa (specifically: 2.7, 4.2, 6.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 kDa). Distinct colored bands—an orange band at 40 kDa and a green band at 10 kDa—allow for dynamic visual monitoring of protein separation and efficient membrane transfer during SDS-PAGE and Western blotting workflows. This ready-to-use marker requires no heating, dilution, or addition of reducing agents and serves as a reference for approximate molecular weight estimation. The product is intended for Research Use Only (RUO).
