Intended Use
This kit is intended for the direct amplification of genomic DNA from mouse (or rodent) tissue (e.g. tail, ear, toe, muscle, skin, viscera) without a DNA purification step by combining a rapid tissue-lysis buffer and a ready-to-use hot-start PCR mix. The lysate can be used directly as template in PCR. The kit supports applications such as transgenic mouse identification, mouse genotyping, and gene knockout analysis.
