Intended Use
Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase widely used for conventional PCR amplification. It provides reliable enzyme activity with a standard extension rate of approximately 30 seconds per kilobase and generates PCR products with a 3′-A overhang, making it suitable for direct cloning into T-vectors. This product is intended for routine DNA amplification and genotyping applications in molecular biology research. It is designated for Research Use Only (RUO) and not intended for diagnostic purposes.
