Intended Use
The Hifair™ AdvanceFast 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (No Dye) is a rapid reverse transcription system designed for both conventional PCR and RT-qPCR applications. This kit enables efficient synthesis of first-strand cDNA in under 6 minutes, while the included gDNA Digester Mix eliminates genomic DNA contamination, ensuring reliable downstream results. It supports multiple primer options—including random primers (N6), Oligo(dT)₁₈, or gene-specific primers—offering flexibility for different experimental needs. The resulting single-stranded cDNA is ready for direct use in PCR or qPCR workflows. This product is intended for Research Use Only (RUO) and is not for diagnostic purposes.
