Intended Use
This kit is intended for the rapid lysis of mouse tissue or cultured cells to release genomic DNA. The resulting lysate can be used directly in PCR (or other DNA amplification) workflows without a DNA purification step. It is suitable for genotyping, PCR-based analysis, or other molecular biology applications requiring genomic DNA from mouse tissues or cells.
